The Knights Swim and Dive Team scored a convincing victory over GAC rivals Wentzville Holt and Wentzville North Point on Tuesday night at the St Peters Rec Plex. The Knights won 11 of 12 meet events on way to a comfortable win. The Knights scored 155 points, doubling up their nearest opponent Holt who scored 78. Freshmen Gleb Prokofev dove in his first meet and finished in first place. Sophmore Maclin Brady scored a P.R. times in the 500 Free and the 100 Breastroke. First place Knight swimmers also included Connor Harmon, Nathan Hanson, and Rayhan Nepal and Freshmen Elijah Dustin. The Knights are off to a great start to the season with a first place finish in a 8 team field at the Lutheran/Veritas Relay meet, a 2nd place finish at the Ft Zumwalt West Invite, a 12 place finish in a highly competitive Cape Rock Invite, and have begun their dual meet season with a 3-2 record. Next up for the Knights will be a Tri-Meet against Wentzville Liberty and St. Dominic next Tuesday night at 8:30 pm at the St Peters Rec Plex.
