BIG WEEK & WEEKEND FOR FHN ACTIVITIES! It was another busy and successful week and weekend for our Knights! Girls Tennis had a solid performance at the 2nd Annual FHN Tennis Invitational! We are already looking ahead to next year with plans to expand the tournament to 16 teams! FHN Cheer took 4th place at the STL Cheer Regionals hosted right here at FHN! A huge thank you to Coach Jenn Scarbrough for doing an outstanding job coordinating such a large event on our campus. FHN Band placed 1st in their class in their first performance of “Free Bird!” This follows another outstanding performance last week at Seckman, where the Knights earned 1st place, Best Music, Best Visual, and Best Percussion! Girls Softball picked up a HUGE conference win, defeating Fort Zumwalt West 2-0 in 13 innings! What a battle! Cross Country battled a tough course and challenging heat at the Paul Enke Invitational. Maddi and Sam medaled for Varsity, while Gavin and Matty G brought home medals for JV! Boys Soccer continues to get better and play well through a tough part of the schedule. Keep improving and building as we get closer to that postseason push! Girls Volleyball is off to a great start this season! The Knights picked up a great win over Troy this week and continue their pursuit of a conference championship! Boys Swim & Dive picked up a nice tri-meet victory over North Point and Holt! The Knights continue to build momentum as they look ahead to a busy schedule next week. Girls Golf celebrated a great Senior Night, sending off our senior in style with a strong showing against Liberty! A great night celebrating everything our senior has contributed to the program. Football came up short Friday night, but this group continues to build with character, strength, and determination. Keep working. Keep believing. Trust the process, gentlemen. So much to be proud of across FHN Activities. Our students and coaches continue to compete, perform, and represent Francis Howell North the right way! Keep it rolling, Knights!
