Francis Howell North High School

Congratulations to the journalism students! The staffs just learned they scored the top spots in two different critiques of their work from last year. The National Scholastic Press Association named the North Star and FHNtoday.com/FHNgameday.com an All-American publication. In addition, Quill and Scroll, the International Honor Society for High School Journalists, named the North Star and FHNtoday.com/FHNgameday.com a George H. Gallup honoree. Both awards were from critiques of the student journalists' work during the 2025-2026 school year that covered everything from writing and design to photography and videography.
